At your first visit someone from our insurance benefits team will review the cost of treatment and your particular insurance coverage with you.

Payment plans and other options are available.

We do offer flexible payment options for every household income. Our goal is to serve you, not to burden you.

What do we need from you?

Some plans require referrals to be submitted through the insurance for approval, so please notify your Primary Care Physician to submit this request.
